Strawberries

They are red, heart shaped and they are great as a low calorie source of fibre and heart healthy antioxidants. These jewels also boost the production of fat-burning hormones that help reduce appetite, decrease glucose and reduce body weight.

Blueberries
These blue beads give the smoothie that enviable purple hue that we know and love but, more than that, they are nutrient dense while being low in calories. Blueberries are also believed to contain the highest antioxidant capacity of ALL commonly consumed fruits and vegetables…yay!

Mint
